Research on Native or Lingua Franca Model

With the advancement of globalization, English is no longer considered to belong exclusively a certain nation or community. Instead, it has interacted with different cultures, giving rise emergence and rapid development varieties English. In expanding circle countries where used as lingua franca, important strike balance between language proficiency cultural background when choosing medium for classroom-based instruction. It crucial select an easy-to-use sustainable variety based on teaching practices in particular context, order better cater needs learners. Through critical review existing literature, this paper concludes that native speaker model more suitable classroom instruction compared franca model.
